1. Who we are
This website and Form Armour are provided by Hyperpixel Studio (ABN 75 953 063 679), Queensland, Australia. Contact us at support@hyperpixel.com.au. By using this website or Form Armour, you agree to these terms.
2. The software
Form Armour, free and Pro, is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Buying Pro gives you access to the Pro features, updates and priority support for the number of sites in your plan, for as long as your licence is active.
3. Buying Pro
Pro is sold by Freemius as our reseller, under Freemius's terms. Prices are in US dollars: US$24.99 for one site or US$49.99 for up to three sites, paid once. The 3-day trial needs no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. Refunds are explained on the Refunds page.
4. Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or any other rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
5. What Form Armour does not promise
Form Armour reduces spam. It cannot guarantee to stop every unwanted submission, and Local mode cannot stop a bot written specifically for it, as the website and docs explain. You remain responsible for your own site, backups, forms, security and the information your forms collect. Test changes on a staging site first, as the docs recommend.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, and apart from the guarantees in section 4, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, profits or business, arising from using this website or Form Armour. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid.
7. Using this website
Please don't misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its design and content for your own product. The Form Armour name belongs to Hyperpixel Studio.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Purchases are covered by the terms in place when you bought.
