If you are not happy with Form Armour Pro, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear what didn't work.
2. How to ask
Email support@hyperpixel.com.au from the address you bought with, and include your order or licence number from your Freemius receipt. Freemius processes the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
3. After a refund
Your Pro licence is cancelled and your site returns to the free plan. Forms using Turnstile fall back to Local protection, so they stay protected. Your saved settings are kept.
4. Trials and cancelling
The 3-day trial needs no card, so nothing is charged when it ends. Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
5. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Pro has a major problem, you may still be entitled to a refund or replacement after the 7 days.
